The FutureReady AI & Digital Workforce Academy is a launch-ready workforce and adult-learning initiative designed to help individuals develop the digital, technology, and responsible artificial-intelligence skills needed for employment, education, communication, and daily life.
FutureReady is designed for adults who may have limited access to technology instruction, workplace digital tools, or emerging AI education.

The Simmons Impact Foundation is based in Alabama, with an initial service focus on Montgomery, East Alabama, and surrounding communities. Through virtual delivery, strategic partnerships, and scalable program models, selected initiatives may serve participants in additional communities as organizational capacity and funding expand.
