Dr. Sabrina C. Simmons
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Sabrina C. Simmons is an accomplished executive leader in higher education, currently serving as an Assistant Vice President at a public 4-year institution. With a strong foundation in workforce development, student success, and organizational leadership, she has led initiatives that connect education to meaningful career pathways and long-term economic mobility.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Simmons also brings over five years of experience supporting state and federally aligned workforce programs through the Alabama Department of Labor.
As an emerging AI strategist, she focuses on integrating innovation and data-driven strategies into education and workforce systems to prepare individuals for the future of work.

Curtis Simmons
Co-Founder & President
Curtis Simmons is a US Army veteran, executive leader, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience serving in a supervisory role in public safety. He has led teams, managed operations, and demonstrated a strong commitment to structure, accountability, and community impact.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Healthcare Management and brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to organizational management and program execution.
Curtis provides strategic oversight to the Foundation, ensuring operational excellence, sustainability, and long-term impact. He is particularly committed to advancing workforce access and economic opportunity through pathways that support stability and self-sufficiency.
